Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 July 2026 · Draft for review

The short version: we provide education and community, not financial advice. You must be 18+. Be sound to other members, do not redistribute our content, and remember every investment decision is yours alone. Crypto is high risk.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Crypto Consultancy Glasgow Limited, trading as Certified Crypto and Crypto Glasgow ("we", "us"), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By purchasing a membership or using our community, you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is - and isn't

Certified Crypto memberships provide educational content, market commentary, live sessions and access to a private community hosted on Discord, with access managed through Whop.

We do not provide financial advice. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing we publish - in the community, on this website, in livestreams, podcasts or anywhere else - is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to buy or sell any asset. Where we share our own positions or activity, it is for transparency and education only and is not a recommendation to copy. Every decision you make with your money is yours alone. Cryptoassets are high risk and largely unregulated in the UK; you should be prepared to lose everything you put in, and past performance is never a guide to the future.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or use the community. By joining, you confirm that you are.

4. Your account and access

Access is provided through your Whop and Discord accounts. Keep them secure - you're responsible for activity through them. Membership is personal to you: don't share, resell or lend access.

5. Payments, renewals and cancellation

Prices, billing periods, renewals and cancellation rights are as shown at checkout and in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Community rules

We may remove content, mute, suspend or remove members who break these rules. For serious or repeated breaches we may end membership without refund of the current billing period, as set out in the refund policy.

7. Content and intellectual property

All content we produce - posts, analysis, videos, courses, branding - belongs to us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute it.

8. Third-party platforms

The service relies on platforms we don't control - Discord, Whop and payment providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for their outages or actions, though we'll always do our best to keep the service running smoothly.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that: we are not liable for any investment or trading losses, or for decisions you make based on content in the community; and our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. For material changes we'll give you reasonable notice, and if you don't agree you can cancel in line with the refund policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales - or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, your local courts. Nothing in these terms takes away protections you're entitled to as a consumer where you live.
