CC Partner Programme — Terms & Conditions

1. Who can join
The programme is open to active Certified Crypto members (CC Core, CC Pro or CC Pro Alpha) aged 18 or over. Partner status is provided through the CC Partner add-on (£10/month via Whop) and lasts while both your CC membership and the add-on remain active.
2. What you get
- A personal referral link and dashboard at partners.ccgla.co.uk
- 20% recurring commission on payments made by members who join Certified Crypto through your link — calculated on the amount the member pays, for as long as they remain a member
- Access to partner promotional assets and the partner channel in Discord
- Tier progression as set out below
Commission applies to CC membership subscriptions (Core, Pro, Alpha). It does not apply to your own purchases (self-referrals), the CC Partner add-on itself, or products we exclude in writing.
3. Tiers

"Active referrals" means referred members whose subscription is currently active. Reaching a tier takes effect immediately; rate changes are applied to your account within 48 hours. If you fall below your tier's threshold, you keep the tier for a 30-day review period — returning above the threshold cancels the review; staying below it moves you to the tier you then qualify for. Tier changes never affect commission you've already earned.
4. How you get paid
Commission is calculated and paid through Whop to your Whop account, in the currency of the referred payment, subject to Whop's standard holding period (currently around 30 days). Refunded or charged-back payments reverse the related commission. We show actual figures only — the dashboard never displays projections, and neither should you.
5. One level only
This is a single-tier programme. You earn commission on members you refer — nothing on other partners' referrals, and no reward of any kind for recruiting other partners. Any attempt to build multi-level structures around the programme is a breach of these terms.
6. Promotion rules
When sharing your link you agree to:
- Label promotions as ads — include #ad (or your platform's paid-partnership tool) on any post containing your link
- Make no income, profit or performance claims — about crypto, about Certified Crypto, or about what partners earn. No "guaranteed", no screenshots of earnings presented as typical, no projections
- Describe Certified Crypto accurately: a crypto education and community service — not financial advice, not an investment product
- Not bid on Certified Crypto brand terms in paid search, register lookalike domains or social handles, or present yourself as Certified Crypto rather than a partner
- Not spam: no bulk unsolicited messages, no posting your link in communities that prohibit it
- Only use promotional materials we provide, or your own honest words consistent with these rules
We may ask you to amend or remove content that breaches these rules; repeated or serious breaches end your partner status (clause 9).
7. Your responsibilities
Commission is your income: you're responsible for declaring it and paying any tax due. You're an independent partner, not our employee, agent or representative, and you can't make commitments on our behalf.
8. Leaving the programme
Cancel the CC Partner add-on any time through Whop. Partner status ends when the paid period ends: your links stop generating new commission from that point, and commission already earned remains yours and is paid out normally. If your CC membership lapses, partner status pauses with it.
9. Ending or suspending partner status
We may suspend or end partner status for breach of these terms, fraudulent or manipulated referrals (including self-referrals through alternate accounts), or conduct that harms the Certified Crypto community or brand. In cases of fraud, related unpaid commission is void.
10. Programme changes
We may update rates, tiers, or these terms. Changes to rates or tiers apply from the date we announce them (never retroactively to commission already earned), with at least 14 days' notice for anything that reduces what partners receive. We may transfer the programme, and these terms, to a successor operator of the Certified Crypto business; your status and earned commission carry across.
11. Data
The portal records your referral link activity (clicks, referrals, commission events) and your Whop account identity, used to run the programme. Payment details are handled by Whop, not us. See the Certified Crypto privacy policy for the rest.
12. The legal bit
Certified Crypto is an education and community service. Nothing in the programme or your participation constitutes financial advice. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
